Help me in the fight against
Thank you for visiting my personal page. I created this page because I want to make an impact in the fight against colorectal cancer. When you support me with a donation, you are joining our global movement to end colorectal cancer forever!
The Colon Cancer Challenge Foundation (CCCF) has been working since 2003 to fund screening progams for the uninsured, and provide much needed funds to young investigators who are committed to finding a cure for colorectal cancer.
I personally was diagnosed with stage IIIb colon cancer March 8, 2011. I underwent surgery a week and a half late. I had about one foot of my colon removed along with thirteen lymph nodes. A couple of those nodes were positive so I underwent six months of chemotherapy. I had sessions every other week for those six months.
I am happy to say that thus far I have been doing well. All of my CT scans have been good so far as well as my initial follow up colonoscopy. I have chosen to start running and am using that to help raise money to help find a cure and better treatments. Please help to achieve this goal.
Thank you all for your time and support!
